Once when Mr.Anirudh was Content Consultant and Dialogue writer for Cinevista film GARV, he refused to have lunch on the set in company of Mr. Sunil Mehta[Chairman ,Cinevista],Mr.Puneet Issar[Director of GARV] and Mr. Salman Khan[Actor] and Mr. Bharat Shah[Financer, Diamond Merchant]as food was brought from TAJ and accounted in the production budget of film, Mr. Anirudh’s point was, “If you can’t eat food cooked for unit than bring your own food or I will feed you from any 5 star of your choice but do not account this bill of Rs.5,300/- to Production budget, as why a Financer or Distributor should pay for your 5 star food? As Rs.5000/X60 shooting days will be a unnecessary expense in production budget”
Most of Start-Ups die premature death due to fast growing culture of Paying few people ,keeping them in luxury and trying to exploit other workers. At KRS Project sight in SHRIRAM GROUP[Newly formed Rural Finance division],Chairman Mr. Thyagrajan to Peon and on his visit Mr.Anirudh himself have their lunch cooked at one place with prayer and some food is distributed among poor brothers everyday. According to Mr.Anirudh, “If you need 200%profit and wish to grow faster than Bill Gates than apply the policy of being simple and working non stop. Give something to poor brothers and sisters .Please forget about Sundays, as busiest person in universe Mr. Almighty God and his team of Mr. Sun and Mr. Moon work without any Sunday. So give up this stupidity or take a walk out of KRS Project.” Under KRS policy only performance deserves hike and promotion, nothing else matters. Any Organization and Enterprise can survive toughest of circumstances and market conditions, if everyone associated, trust in Prayer, Service, and Work. Earning Profit and being Blessed by profit are two different things, even a cheat like HARSHAD MEHTA or TELGI or KETAN PAREKH earn crores with CURSE, but our Ideal must be a JRD or DHIRUBHAI or a THYAGRAJAN or NARAYAN MURTHY, who have earned profit with blessings.

At KRS we do not believe in giving readymade peojects, as Projects are little important than garments, you will be shown ample similar projects and will be flooded with data but your individual project has to be original in tought, execution and planning. Research is foremost important thing in your desired field of endeavor, This research has to be conducted jointly, cost will be very reasonable, covering necessary expenses and our fees. Generally a Project Report costs anywhere between Rs.8, 000/ to Rs.2, 00,000/ maximum as per the cost of ingredients, calculated and pre decided by Client and us. Main Purpose of Project Report is Thorough Market Research and Pre-Sales Potential report. We do not take any project to execution level unless and until we and client both are satisfied with Pre Sales efforts and some assured pre sales orders in our hand.
