A Beautiful home is most desired place for any family,property may geting costly and homes in metros,may be turning into match boxes but let me inform you,in a country like India ,there is no dearth of space,what we need is innovative idea,fantastic Real Estate devlopers and like minded people,who love home,who love nice beautiful architacture in the backdrop o nature. We will have to look into new project possibilities in areas with sufficient infrastructure and less hassle.When you wish to buy or build your own home,one must ponder on points,as under;
1] Imagination must run wild ,let Architects and Engineers do practical thinking and make our dream a reality.
2] Every home has to be vacated one day.Whenever your kids will sell this home,they must be proud of their father/mother for providing them beauty of leaving for years with premium at the end.
3] There is no investment like investment in property. Specialy in a country like India,where middle class is growing in leaps and bounds.
