How to Save Ourselves;
1] READING AND STUDY;
Reading is most important thing in this line, you must demand and study all the Documents 10 times before you sign, whether it is with a big Bank or a small broker. Remember, stock market thrives on befooling new entrants.
2] You don’t need BROKERS ;
You do not need a Broker till you are investor of more than 100 crores , in the age of Electronic Transaction of Equity ,what you need is a good channel to connect you and keep you informed about market. What you need is robust and honest financial institutions, here you have to avoid ICICI and CITY-BANK ,as these institutions and their marketers intend to push you in debt. Trap and eat your basic capital. They run different schemes, which are useless for beginners, as they do not understand market completely, so get out of such Banks and their agents. Use ICICI site for information but do not open a D-MAT account, this is a plain advise to beginners.
3] Having your own security capital and taking loan or advance on it makes you a seasoned player, now divide it in 4 parts, suppose, we have Rs.1, 00,000/-
A] Rs.25,000/- vision- 1.5 years- Top class Shares.
B] Rs.25,000/- security capital in MF account.
C] Rs.25,000/- Cover money for Scrip’s, which do not yield profit in day trading. We have to keep them, till they do not give minimum profit ,or else, we will run in losses.
D] Rs.25, 000/-Day to Day trading capital.
