I call it lunacy of first order, take the example of SAWARIYA, they have pumped everything, inclusive of mothers and fathers in the publicity campaign but end result is loss for many Distributors. Why? Because film had a very outdated storyline. Arindam Chaudhri himself Produced and Directed a movie with none other than Sunny Deol, which was a disaster even after bumper publicity.
Same ways all those, who entered in IT bandwagon, just to be called new age entrepreneurs are back to pavilion today. Those, whose business model was 100% dependent on outsourcing, are struggling for breath today. Those who take risk are more successful;
Most of the youngsters today wish to have a rosy business without putting their bottoms on fire, it is absolutely possible to have a risk free business, but for that you have to take a risk my dear. Without taking substantial amount of risk, you can only become a 9 to 5 employee. I know the people, who have even developed or developing great enterprises as the side business by putting money and effort with full time partners, their dedication is commendable and on 99% occasions, such moonlight entrepreneurs become a success. These people risk their jobs for business and this become their base capital.
Nothing exists like RISK or INSECURITY;
One must understand that these two words are more of a superstition rather than having some actual consequences in the life of a successful entrepreneur. First of all a brave person, a prayerful person can never be Insecure, If you feel insecure,it means you do not have trust in god or yourself, than you need prayers and not a brand new venture.

Whether we are born with gr8 wealth or not , it is our birthright to be rich-happy and prosperous, thus said DR.JOSEPH MURPHY, the gr8 writer of POWER OF SUBCONSCIOUS MIND. I love to see youngsters, who work in call centers, having their own money to spend in Malls and other elite places, that is good and very good, as this is the right age to enjoy cloths, cars , bikes and everything glossy. They work hard in night shifts, earn money and spend it, thank you GLOBALIZATION, we have happy youngsters, zooming on bikes around us, we have independent girls, who can take their own decisions, may God bless all these young men and women with more and more prosperity. Only thing they need to remember that they must use some money for higher education with a higher purpose in life. As just being happy with a CALL CENTRE job today will be gr8 disappointment tomorrow, which we can see on the faces of thousands of American youngsters and mid age people, who are deprived of easy jobs and due to lake of education reduced to poverty.
We must not forget the value of continuously educating ourselves in related fields, we must be best specialist in our desired field, we must have a definite dream connected to service of humanity, if you have all this, and you will remain forever young like me.
I am so pissed up when mid age people like me complain of youngsters having fun, I ask them, is that your fathers money? What’s bad if they are having fun with their hard earned money? In fact I feel young, when I see them enjoying the newly found wealth, I silently pray that they are also saving and investing rightly enough as goddess of wealth do not like to be ill-treated. We as elders, just need to tell them this thing and pray for their wellbeing, as being elders ,we always want fantastic things for our younger brothers and kids, it’s like god answered our prayers, so let’s be happy in the prosperity of youngsters, let’s congratulate them for their fortunes.
YOUNG LIFE CRISIS;
80 out of 100 youngsters, who approach me for anything want to be very safe in life. What we have to understand early in life is that SECURITY IS A SUPERSTITION. Greatest President, India has ever produced, Mr. APJ KALAM rightly says that “ Small dreams are crime, Dream Big”, it’s so true, this world belongs to big dreamers , all the materialistic growth is thanks to impossible, irresistible dreamers . I have observed that kids coming from middle income group are initially dream big but slowly accept the mediocrity as part of practical life. Once you stop accepting challenges you stop being young ,process of slow death of youth begins. We have to be careful about circle w move around, the girl we love and family we live in. We must avoid friends and relatives, who are addicted to mediocrity. As Mediocrity is infectious, a lover, who is happy in just a 1 BHK house and want nothing but time from her present lover and future husband is a barricade in life. She either has to improve or get out.
HOW MARRIED PEOPLE MAKE THEIR LIFE HELL;
I have a very close relative of mine, who could have been a great economist; she was so studious that she passed MA [ECONOMICS] privately as an university topper and gold medalist, pessimism entered when she was not able to finish her Ph.D. due to a truly ..b@#$%^ professor, who was her university appointed guide for Ph.D. She got a job in Bank and married to a equally pessimist person who thought that atomic war is possible anytime, both of them even after no trouble spent a finless life ,why?
Just because of a terrible set back, she never look after other vistas and gave up her life to mediocrity. She is my guardian angel and I love her for being my aunty but I feel sorry for her, once her husband visited our joint family and I found out that her husband has gr8 knowledge of stock market and do wonders, if wife supports him, when I asked her to support him , she denied point blank, as even after being a banker she considered EQUITY BUSINESS a gambling racket. This share market alone could have been a tool of reconciliation and fun for this couple but lady refused to share this fun with her husband, so husband went back to his job after VRS and they continue to lead same juiceless life under one roof.
INSECURITY IS A RESULT OF NOT HAVING TRUST IN GOD;
I found that insecurity is direct result of not having the faith in god and not praying enough. People who pray are generally not afraid of taking risk, as they are sure that they have a invisible help available in form of their chosen deity or Guru or anything. And trust me this invisible help is most important factor in our life. I can tell you this with more than confidence as prayers have brought me out of terrible illness and horrible setbacks, which may instigate people to end their life. Having faith in prayers always gives you a path, where road is declared CLOSED forever in life.
My dear brothers and sisters, take my words, whenever you feel that you must give up your dream and choose to some mediocre way of living, turn to god, turn to prayers, you may have to do something different for time being but never be afraid for lake of money or resources, if you will insist, you will receive all the wealth and much more to fulfill your dreams, every resource will be at your doorstep but never ever repeat these sentences;

LET’S CELEBRATE GLOBALIZATION AND YOUTH HAVING THE FUN;
I love to see youngsters, who work in call centers, having their own money to spend in Malls and other elite places, that is good and very good, as this is the right age to enjoy cloths, cars , bikes and everything glossy. They work hard in night shifts, earn money and spend it, thank you GLOBALIZATION, we have happy youngsters, zooming on bikes around us, we have independent girls, who can take their own decisions, may God bless all these young men and women with more and more prosperity. Only thing they need to remember that they must use some money for higher education with a higher purpose in life. Have you ever enjoyed the pre dawn and sunrise, have u ever woke up at 4.30 am and sat in silence to contemplate your present and future ventures.
Do you love your business enough? Do you love it ,as much as you love your beloved? Or it is just a way of livelihood to you? Have you ever contemplated that whether your Business/Profession is a Pleasure or Labor to you? If it is a Labor, than what are we doing to turn it into pleasure?
Morning is the best time to develop your business. Trust me, it is the best time to make your business a pleasure. You never earn millions by working like a Dog, you rise in abundance by thinking, imagining and contemplating.
Most of the people, accept the mediocrity in life , when they begin to live the life like a common men. Common men never enjoys the morning, so you never find them inspired or enthusiastic towards the day. You got to be uncommon to be wealthy.
A common human being gives up dreams , as he/she grows old, A winner is the one , who never gives up dreams, to be in a dreamy state and to learn the art of turning dreams into reality , we need to use our night and sunrise time, we must learn to dream and pray.

I am 200% sure that if you wake up early in the morning for 15 days a stretch and sit in your own company, you will gain more success in your life than working for 15 days in your life.
In Management institutes , I find Students are sleeping in morning hours and burning the so called night oil, that is the reason why IIT’S of India hardly produce any uncommon scientific brain, when I enter in these premise, I find the students and researchers in sleepy state of mind.
What will you gain by making your brain a DATA dustbin, most of the management Gurus are only Dustbins, same is true with so called economists.
We are all born to do greater things than eating and sleeping, as a businessmen , we have great imagination and infinite possibilities, let’s explore this by just waking up early, by just looking at rising sun , by just being in prayer.

DRESS CODE AT WORK PLACE AND PUBLIC PLACES,WHY IT IS A MUST?
Why Dress –Code is a must for Human Beings?
Those who oppose Dress Code are sick. Why?
Why We have to protect Educational institutions and workplaces from becoming gutter?
As you look out of the window of your Car, you find miniature 13-14 year old versions of Rakhi Sawant are walking all over the streets with Their Mothers and aunties and sometimes even grand mothers accompanying them in more minimum cloths.
Rakhi or Mallaika receive money for getting naked but these Indian women are exhibiting it for free of cost on streets.
If you walk into a Junior college of Mumbai, it looks worst than a Drive at red light street of Mumbai. These, 11th 12th standard Boys and Girls are not even adult but the way they dress ,way they speak, way they shake bodies and way they hug each other is simply pathetic.
Sisters and Brothers, you may call me MCP, but I have raised 5 sisters, they all are at top in their chosen profession, leading a very happy life, when you talk to youngsters, they call this exhibitionism, their freedom of expression and modern culture. I tell you what is it and how to save your children from this syndrome;
1] When a daughter is born to a Lady, she becomes mother, most of the neo rich urban women forget it and keep on leading same vulgar life style ,which makes all the watchmen and Sabjiwalah’s Horney , this gives a value system in daughter that ,she is born to sow her body and make the male species Horney. 75% of Bandra /Lokhandwala ladies and their daughters are inflicted with this genetic disease.
2] Parents leave small children with TV/Internet in a separate room, this gives them liberty to discover billions of hours of let night programs, Blue Films, and everything that a teen age girl or Boy must not watch. This is the direct result of not having grand parents in house, who always keep a watch on children.
3] Parents openly defending and promoting a vulgar life style on the name of 21st century and “See, where the world is going?” My Mother says; “Forget the world, see where your daughter and son are going?”
Consequences;
1] AMERICA-BRITAIN;
Just look at American and British tabloids ,they are full of ghastly single mothers and pathetic youth violence stories, would you like to happen it to Indian Society and Business?
JOINT PRAYER AND BALANCED LIFE STYLE IS THE ANSWER;
Since childhood, children must be introduced to everything modern but they must have the sense of what to wear where and how to speak with whom? This comes with following your family traditions, religious practices . We have to instill a sense of dignity and self respect in children that, they should be known by qualities and not by vulgar dressing.
Christians, Hindu’s ,Muslims all have a ode of conduct imbibed in their religion, this hardly means that a Muslim Girl must not study or walk out in a coffin like Vail.
HOW TO MAKE OUR CHILDREN SPECIAL;
Every parent can be a proud parent by developing a skill in the child, which he/she loves most. Once Children are dedicated to a cause, neither they pick up the company of cheap youngsters nor do they adapt to stupid life style. They grow differently.
They are Unique and very naturally appreciated, wherever they go.
If for a second you come out of pseudo urbanite mentality, you will find that ,India is fast becoming a super power, thanks to it’s openness to absorb good and discard bad from all cultures.
We are a throbbing Economic and Spiritual nation ,why we must make all the silly mistakes, which our American brothers and sisters made , we must be the trend setters and not followers, that’s our destiny, that’s ultimate pleasure of being a global citizen, so let’s not destroy it. We are born to enhance a wonderful culture of grace, prayer, and co-operation, so let’s contribute to culture and not to punk culture.

CREATING EQUITY CAPITAL- STEP- 1 FOR BEGINERS

Equity market requires prayer, confidence, study, and quick decision power; these qualities can be developed easily [If you are not in a practice of making thing difficult for yourself] .The biggest factor is ,a seasoned Investor never loose in equity market. How? There are ways, which each one invents with time and enjoys a prosperous life.
There are solid instruments of becoming wealthy; everyday you have a chance to become wealthy through prayers, faith, systematic saving, and investment in right market instruments.
Equity Market is in volatile state and most of trade pundits will tell the beginners to be miles away of market. I tell you this is the best time to enter the Market, on a low day ,when big scrip’s are being bitten by 10 to 15% , your Muhurat for entry is set, just prepare yourself in following manner and than whether you do day trading or weekly trading or become a long term investor ,it’s in your hand and here I tell you how to be all in one with speed and safety.
1] NSC Capital;
If you have not started buying NSC’S or government bonds, start it now, as these are your security capital in so called insecure market. Keep them with your Bank and you will always have ample advance and loan to play in equity market. For short term traders this money is perfect base capital.
2] Small recurring Capital;

They come in all shapes and sizes, these days. You find them anywhere, they find your reference ,get themselves recommended and approach you to be rejected ,than again referred and than called for appointment.
YOUNG MEN, THEIR FATHER’S & MOTHER’S WITH MONEY;
1] Those, whose parents have money and whole family is arrogant. They feel everything and every expertise can be bought, when price is told, they are dumbstruck, like I have a Politician Client, who wish her 2 sons to be launched with Shahrukh or Salman Khan. Middlemen have befooled her to such a level that she has paid Rs.1 Crore Black to a Salman Director and waiting like a bagger for this Director to start this film. [This will never get started.]
Over Smart Rich Kids and Parents;
2] This breed of human beings think that if they do one Media or any project with expert guidance ,they will teach the whole world the same business, where they are toddlers, they begin to interfere in a Real Estate or a Media Project midway, they begin to take dozen opinions, as In India, opinion and advise are free commodities, they receive it in ample and make the mistake of their life; They irritate Consultants or experts or executors, who use a clause of agreement , shake the dust of this mess away and move ahead in life. I have live experience of cleaning such mess for the sake of a very high fees and no interference commitment or for the sake of friends and relatives. [ My Wife’s side of relatives and their kids are expert in creating the mess and you know, you just can’t say NO to them.]
BALANCED KIDS WITH FOCUS AND RIGHT ATTITUDE;
3] You can see them through, they speak less and listen more, they make mental notes of everything you say ,they are smart but they keep it in reserve for attaining desired goal, they have right education and desire to learn more, they make you proud and you give everything of yourself to see them attaining their goals. Winners avoid these Ideologies and people, they look towards God and Goal, they are in state of being, they do not know, how they will achieve what they want but they feel their desire and it is fulfilled without any doubt.

Look at Narayan Murthy, Bill Gates, Let Dhirubhai Ambani and thousands like them, let’s belong to them and not just be angry with a selfish clause and complaint register.

It’s time for trend setters, not for trend followers
There is hardly any place for typical trend followers and copycats in business today and there will be absolutely no place after 5 years. More Young Entrepreneurs and Media men I interact, more aware I become of this fact. Whether it is Cinema or TV Projects [although percentage of copying hit programs is huge here but it will die, as only original LAUGHTER CHALLENGE is having TRP and only original INDIAN IDOL is idolized across the country.]If you are a businessman of little sense, you will never follow these trends;
1] Never ever keep stupidly high paid Executives, as they are generally crooks, they are kept for purpose like pimping, and do you need pimps in your business?

3] Never initiate a business, which other people are also doing, if you think “If others can earn through this, I will also earn than you are a Donkey.” This means that if you are entering in hospitality business, your packages, destinations and style must be strikingly unique. 4] Before the release of CHAK DE, if you have taken this script to any typical Bollywood producer, 98% would have declared it disastrous flop and after CHAK DE, till date I have received more than 2 dozen calls demanding a script exactly like CHAK DE, some bloody fool wants to make it with Animal and Human Poacher Salman Khan and another one wish to make it with Akshay Kumar.
5] Once I had honor of one IIM alumni and Ph.D. in management as my partner in a Media company, since I was the investor and Executer, I thought this person will have innovative marketing ideas and focus on creating market base, within six months I have found this person was terribly stupid, putting her head everywhere and blaming others for whatever wrong is happening. Ultimately I have to shut down the company and clean the mess with a big namaskaram to this IIM alumnus.
6]Never asses the quality of associates, staff or clients by their cloths and style of conversation, recently a Bio Medical company lost business worth 5 crores, thanks to it’s CEO, who behaved high headedly with KRS Chairman, who was wearing a white Qurta and Pyzama in meeting [With huge white beard], On one of his sentence KRS chairman called his Executive Secretary and ordered that CEO must be kicked out royally out of KRS office and honors of the company should be informed, that the have lost 5 crore worth of business, due to this Donkey.
7] Being Prayerful, Positive and keep on doing some sort of service to poor and needy is a must for attracting wealth with bliss, those who will connect their work with welfare of humanity, will always have abundant wealth.

WHY NOT TO BURN YOUR MONEY IN MEDIA PROJECTS ?

Everyday, I am confronted with young and dynamic youngsters, who seek appointment for marketing of their film or TV Projects, as in any case they are going on shooting floor in next 25-30 days. They have already signed this or that Music Director and their budget is around Rs.1 to 3 crores. In my career in Entrepreneurship, Banking and Media ,I have seen so many of such projects being doomed to trash cans that I prefer not to give appointment to such people now. As you can awaken a person, who is sleeping but not to one, who is sleeping in acting .These are all group of people ,who are avoiding the facts of business. Please ,if you have the money or resources and you wish to make a FILM/TV or any project, kindly consider facts, as under;
1] A Struggling or Established Director or Actor, who tells you that, he /she will bring you definite recovery, is a liar. Mahesh Manjrekar is one such Director that is why even Sanjay Datt gave up doing films for him. There are many AD’S, Chief AD’S roaming like cockroaches in market, when you have money, why you should even talk to them?
2] Why there is so much hurry to go to shooting floor? And why you are doing casting before budgeting and recovery potential report ?
3] Working on script and marketing in guidance of consultants always saves you lots of money, energy, and total loss, which you ensure by beginning and finishing the shooting. Everybody has gone home and now you are alone wit CANS of your dream project , right between the Jungle of Brokers and Distributors, with every Trial Show, your film will be labeled stale and only third class Brokers will release your film by your money only to make it sure that you loose your one to three crores with interest and shame.
4] WHAT IS THIS BRANDING AND IN FILM PUBLICITY FIASCO?
It has become fashionable for every filmmaker that they add sub heads like Branding and In Film under Recovery. There are agents/agencies, who informs you that X Film of Yash Chopra or Y film of U-TV earns so many crores in Branding, in film publicity etc., matter of fact is this is true but only for star makers, star actor-producers and renowned production houses. As an 5,0000 crore of brand holder of any product, have I gone sick to be associated and throw money to film of armatures, which has no guarantee of release.
It is not that you can’t make a movie, as a newcomer ,surely you can but you got to study ,you got to prepare, you got to ensure the recovery, and please don’t go to shoot before you understand, what is it all about to sell a film or you will be deprived of your undergarments.

HOME..MY SWEET HOME
A Beautiful home is most desired place for any family,property may geting costly and homes in metros,may be turning into match boxes but let me inform you,in a country like India ,there is no dearth of space,what we need is innovative idea,fantastic Real Estate devlopers and like minded people,who love home,who love nice beautiful architacture in the backdrop o nature. We will have to look into new project possibilities in areas with sufficient infrastructure and less hassle.When you wish to buy or build your own home,one must ponder on points,as under;
1] Imagination must run wild ,let Architects and Engineers do practical thinking and make our dream a reality.
2] Every home has to be vacated one day.Whenever your kids will sell this home,they must be proud of their father/mother for providing them beauty of leaving for years with premium at the end.
3] There is no investment like investment in property. Specialy in a country like India,where middle class is growing in leaps and bounds.

PERSONAL SECRET OF BEING SUCCESSFUL IN SHOWBIZ OR ANY BUSINESS
If you can grasp and act upon this simple thought, you can only be a winner in anything you do, under any circumstances. You just have to imbibe this tip, which made one of my friend a more than 5000 crore man in terms of hard cash, resources and very importantly, BRAIN POWER. He sent me tip of the day;

Financer/ Producer, who took me their, asked me ,whether he should sign this BOY, I told him ,let’s meet him, we sent a massage, Young Star told us to give him our office address ,as he will drop in tomorrow 3 PM, We sent him a business card to end the matter. Next day 3 PM, we never expected him to dungy Distribution Market at NAZ. I was amazed to see same arrogant star, standing in front of us, after some general talk, we asked him, how much he expects as signing amount, he replied, “Sir, I don’t take advances or signing amounts, as I am here to become biggest super star this Industry has ever seen, right now I need Scripts, Super Hits and great Directors.” This simple sentence in the office of Financer Shri Bharat Bhai Shah, gave SHAHRUKH KHAN many films and first bumper hit of his life by ABBAS-MASTAN, “BAZIGAR”. Years rolled by and BHARAT BHAI was framed in a very filmy case, whole industry accept MAHESH BHATT, went into hiding and celebration,[same people, who used to touch the feet of Bharat Bhai.] as at that time BHARAT BHAI was financing 80% of “A” grade Hindi Movies. Again we got a call from SHAHRUKH KHAN’S secretary, “Sir, SHAHRUKH Sir is asking, what can he do for BHARAT BHAI, he has already conveyed that he won’t charge a single penny for under production DEVDAS till everything is fine.” Same way Shri Mahesh Bhatt was only film personality, who gave statements in favor of Bharat Bhai. There is no doubt that today SHAHRUKH KHAN after CHAK DE, is biggest super star and most valuable asset, this industry has ever seen.
A successful person, a star is star under any circumstances, whether he is on the Top or Bottom of affairs. That is why there will be many Dharmendra, Rajesh Khanna’s, Sunny Deol’s but there will be one and only Shahrukh Khan, as he deserves his super stardom more than 200%.

Why Media Investors, Producers, Entrepreneurs , Artists , Creative Professionals are exploited like cheap prostitutes by few Companies ?
HOW YOU CAN STOP CHEATEARS LIKE T-SERIES FROM EXPLOITING AND CHEATING YOU?
I find most dynamic, financially intelligent, educated, and experienced Media Company Owners making drastic mistakes, as far as making new products and ensuring recovery before putting money in any Film/TV/Music Projects.
We are friends to the people, who say they have spent around Rs.80, 00,000/- in producing a Music Album and now they are waiting for Show offers for Artists, whom they have promoted through Albums, so that they can earn some sort of money.
They are waiting for download and ring tone rights revenues, Are you suppose to be a Bagger in front of a Music company like T-Series ,after spending Rs.80,00,000/-as an Music Producer. On the other hand just being a Marketing agent, a company like T-Series or TIPS or VINUS earns more than you ,without investing a penny and giving you their B grade Brand [accept TIMES MUSIC and SONY all other Indian music brands have no value ,they are as useless as a piece of trash in global market.] Many Marathi, Tamil and Telugu Music companies have better brand value across the globe than a VENUS or TIPS. As these are stagnated companies, being run by bunch of illiterate people, whose basic job is to find out rich and stupid Indians ,their sons and daughters from across the world and produce albums at their cost. Than distribute it through a Jurassic age Distribution and accounting system and make some money.
T-Series is purely surviving on the hard and smart networking of religious music done by late Shri Gulshan Kumar ,otherwise do you think that anybody will buy Bhushan Kumars sister Tulsi’s album ,90% albums which T-Series makes never sell beyond 5000 CD’S . As far as film music rights are concerned T-Series only pays to hardcore people like Mahesh Bhatt or Producers of SALMAN KHAN,AKSHAY KUMAR and if SHAHRUKH KHAN Chooses them for his home productions, they will pay him huge money, to all other producers ,they exploit like cheap prostitutes, there are two highly irritating and inefficient top bosses sitting ,one is VINOD BHANUSHALI and other is AJAY KAPOOR.
These two gentlemen tells everyone, whosoever makes a mistake of visiting T-Series that Music is not being sold these days and no one is buying music ,so please leave your films, albums or anything for free over here and surprise ,stupid Producers ,leave their products at T-Series, they not only leave the Music but also leave their HOME VIDEO and other electronic rights in lesser profit ratio than selling vegetables in LOKHANDWALA or BANDRA Market.
Than, why Producers go to these Cheaters to sell their music? Because, Producers are not aware that they can earn better money without dumping their music to these cheaters.
So if you are an aspiring or existing Media Entrepreneur or Professional with a capacity or ambition to make fantastic FILM/TV/MUSIC Producers , before investing your money or talent , Please know that companies like T-SERIES, TIPS can not help you ,you will be required to find your recovery through association with right Marketing, Distribution and Pre Sales Consultants associated with you.

As far as film music rights are concerned T-Series only pays to hardcore people like Mahesh Bhatt or Producers of SALMAN KHAN,AKSHAY KUMAR and if SHAHRUKH KHAN Chooses them for his home productions, they will pay him huge money, to all other producers ,they exploit like cheap prostitutes, there are two highly irritating and inefficient top bosses sitting ,one is VINOD BHANUSHALI and other is AJAY KAPOOR.
These two gentlemen tells everyone, whosoever makes a mistake of visiting T-Series that Music is not being sold these days and no one is buying music ,so please leave your films, albums or anything for free over here and surprise ,stupid Producers ,leave their products at T-Series, they not only leave the Music but also leave their HOME VIDEO and other electronic rights in lesser profit ratio than selling vegetables in LOKHANDWALA or BANDRA Market.
Than, why Producers go to these Cheaters to sell their music? Because, Producers are not aware that they can earn better money without dumping their music to these cheaters.

Never ever go for a Private Bank, it’s strongly prohibited, whatever lucrative propositions their marketing person gives you, their profit lies in making you defaulters ,so why to go to such people?
6] KEEP YUR PERSONAL NEEDS VERY LOW;
Now since you have started business, it hardly means that you can not survive without imported BRA n PANTIES. Look around for right Ideals and Idols, you will find them very simple in their clothing and other needs.
7] Make your family participate in business;
Whatever my be the hurdle ,always look around in your family and friend circle and involve good people, associate interested people ,with your business ,try to give them more respect and other things ,which can not be bought in cash ,by just using the brainpower ,finance and HR Capacity of my Aunties and my Mother, We at KRS ,are saving RS.15,00,000/- per anum, and also saving ourselves fro trouble of hiring stupid MBA’S, who are generally degree holder Idiots ,who are taught to cry for money and facilities only, That is why keep these MBA’S out of your premises for minimum 5 years in beginning.
8] If you can’t take along your family n friends, forget about big business;
My dear sisters, you can be fantastic businesswomen and Entrepreneurs, better than Men or Supermen, if you can take along few family members, elders and friends. Do not socialize, make your own society, Try to be helpful to friends and family without thinking of any benefit or future return, Departed JRD TATA and DHIRUBHAI AMBANI both repeatedly said, “Take away ,everything from me today, give me back that same 8-9 people, who started with me and I will bounce back to top in 4-5 years time .” True, so true, remember this and your business is blessed.
Be blessed sisters ,nurture your thoughts, ideas, vision and than venture ,as you nurture your baby and impossible is easy for you, forget abut possibilities ,they are already your slave.
